At
the client's request, Decision Dynamics will support / partner with the client
in the implementation of recommended solutions as follows: - Upon
agreement, Decision Dynamics customizes a detailed roadmap that identifies next
steps, organizational staff responsibilities, and required vendor relationships.
Client personnel will then be prepared to follow the road map to implementation
of selected solutions.
- If
the client desires a more comprehensive approach, then Decision Dynamics will
provide on-site leadership / support to manage the implementation process. Based
on the targeted solutions, we will develop detailed project plans, assign and
manage organizational responsibilities, conduct due diligence for selected vendors,
manage vendor performance, and conduct post-implementation reviews. Our core competency
includes the project management of social engineering involved with software implementation
initiatives such as collector work stations, credit management modules, predictive
dialers, etc.
- When
requested, Decision Dynamics will provide turnkey, world class, day-to-day executive
line management / leadership. This can include the recruitment of credit and collection
staff.
